Return & Refund Policy
Our Return Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so if you happen to change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
BIZU will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:
- BIZU will exchange or refund (full price items only) within 14 days of purchase.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange only.
- Exchanges can only be accommodated for items of equal or lesser value.
- You must provide ‘proof of purchase’, being either a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/paypal used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by BIZU, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Product tags must be attached to the product on return if applicable.
- The cost of shipping exchanged goods are at your expense.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. BIZU cannot guarantee availability of good to be exchanged after this period.
How to request an exchange, credit or refund: email me at domi@bizushop.com within 24 hours of receiving the product providing a brief description of the issue and a photo for verification.
Make sure to include ALL the following details:
- Your full name.
- Mobile phone.
- Email address.
- Product(s) being returned, including model name, size and colour.
- Reason for return: Changed my mind / Item faulty / Not what I ordered.
- You must provide proof of purchase, being either a tax invoice, credit card or bank statement.
- The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- The cost of shipping exchanged goods are at your expense.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post.
